How do you ensure my delicate mirror arrives safely without breaking? Shipping large glass items requires heavy-duty protection, and we are completely obsessed with safety! Every Valerune mirror is secured using custom-fit, high-density drop-resistant foam padding, reinforced corner guards, and packed tightly inside heavy-duty, multi-layered corrugated boxes. We rigorously drop-test our packaging to ensure it survives transit completely unharmed.

Can I track my package? Absolutely. As soon as your mirror leaves our facility, you will receive an automated email with a secure tracking number so you can follow its path straight to your home.

Are Valerune mirrors easy to hang? Yes, completely! Every Valerune mirror comes ready to mount right out of the box. The backplate features pre-installed, reinforced D-ring hanging hooks or sturdy brackets. We also include all necessary mounting hardware (screws and wall anchors) and a clear instruction guide for an easy installation.

Can these mirrors be used in high-humidity areas like bathrooms? Yes, absolutely! Our metal-framed and frameless mirrors are treated with an anti-corrosion, moisture-resistant coating, making them perfectly safe and rust-resistant for bathroom environments.

Returns & Broken Items

What if my mirror arrives broken or shattered? While we pack our items with extreme care, shipping accidents can occasionally happen. If your mirror arrives broken, please do not worry. Take a clear photo of the damaged mirror along with the box packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will immediately ship you a brand-new replacement for free or issue a full refund.

What is your return policy? We want you to love your new space! We accept returns on completely unused mirrors in their original, secure packaging with all protective films attached within 30 days of delivery.
